THAT's what I want. Out and about and having fun. I'm feeling low for the opposite reason, my 23 year old hasn't called me at all in a week and a half. Good time to pull the old "guilt trip" on her. I know my mom pulled it on me enough. Pay backs!
Love this post! Because since we retired, we are JUST LIKE YOUR MOM>bwaaaahaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..........don't worry, your time will come!
Your turn. :)Cheers,SLC
I agree with TRO...your time will come. My mom is more active now than when she was raising the 7 of us.
That's me now, except for the retired part.
HAHAHA. My mom would say, "I'm on a quilting retreat. Catch you later!"
I have been through this with my Mom: Weaving, Meditation group, yoga, work, and lots of traveling.Sniff indeed!(and YAY awesome Moms!!)
Sounds exactly like my mom...except the actual verbal communication. She sends text messages.Hugs and Mocha,Stesha
Oh how I hear you - my mom has garden club, book club, birthday club, golf club...if I had known life after children was going to be so much fun, I wouldn't have waited until my mid 30s to have them!!Anyone out there debating on waiting - do the math. Do the math!!!
Wow--great, great stuff. My parents regularly take 30 day cruises of the Panama Canal. Which is apparently something you need to see 5 times in your life to get the full effect.Wendiwww.wendiaarons.com
I know the feeling. However, I only hope I am that active when I get older...
Okay. I am LIVING this right now as I am visiting my parents in Arizona. Hilarious. I love this.Ann turned me on to your site and yippee!!!Lee
