I haven't tried to fly anywhere with my children yet and have no plans on trying.

I love the Buddha in the background contrasting your pain and suffering.

That's why we did a LOT of cross-country road trips. Well...that and, with 7 kids and family in Minnesota and Connecticut, planes were not an option.

To those who flew to MN and CT in the 60's and 70's...you're welcome!

I took my three little ones on planes occasionally as a single mom and we always flew during the night so they would do some sleeping. I love the eyes of annoyance in the drawing.

I'm guessing that wasn't the Short Path to enlightenment.

I bow to the durable divinity within you :)

You are braver than me. I can barely travel with myself let alone a toddler.

Perfect. We went on an extended family trip to Italy when my kids were 3 and 9 mos.

I refer to it as "Grande Fuckaccino: The Most Beautiful Hell on Earth"

We fly at least once a year. I always hand out earplugs to ingratiate us with fellow passengers.
